Eugene was born in Odessa, Ukraine in 1989. A few years later his family fled the poverty, anti-Semitic persecution, and fall of the USSR. They were welcomed into the United States and started their new lives in Cleveland, Ohio. Eugene grew up in Cleveland and attended school at the prestigious Charles F. Brush High School of Lyndhurst. He then became a paramedic after finishing high school and five years later moved to Los Angeles to act in film and theatre. Eugene is still a part time paramedic in L.A., but maintains a full time career as an actor.
